Notice to our Clients,

We write this update to notify you that we are transferring the service of Registered Agent from Jambrina CPA, PC to Global Administrative Services, LLC.

In an effort to better serve our clients, we hereby shift all Service of Process to this new entity, which shall be exclusively dedicated to this function. Global Administrative Services, LLC is effectively a new business unit within JCPA, PC. All services therein remain under the firm’s supervision and retain the same quality assurance you have come to expect from the firm.
