Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project manger to join our team. This role involves gathering, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data workflows, and the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business performance monitoring.
Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns to provide data-driven recommendations.
Support financial reporting and budgeting processes through advanced data analysis.
Build and maintain automated reports to reduce manual work and increase reliability.
Collaborate with different teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Present insights and visualizations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in forecasting, variance analysis, and other forward-looking activities.
Maintain data integrity and contribute to data governance best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Business, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query).
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of data modeling, database queries (e.g., SQL), and reporting tools is a plus.
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Preferred:
Experience working with financial or operational data.
Familiarity with accounting systems is a plus (not required).
