Jambrina CPA is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Guadalajara. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong corporate background—preferably in accounting or financial services—and fluent English skills. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives. 

  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. 

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs. 

  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies. Knowledge of US labor laws is a plus.

  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution. 

  • Contribute to organizational change and transformation projects. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate HR experience, ideally within the accounting or financial services sector 

  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. 

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required. 

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
