Jambrina CPA is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Guadalajara. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong corporate background—preferably in accounting or financial services—and fluent English skills. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Support performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies. Knowledge of US labor laws is a plus.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Contribute to organizational change and transformation projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of corporate HR experience, ideally within the accounting or financial services sector
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
